摘要

本研究围绕新型铝合金货车车厢体的设计与优化展开,旨在通过改进车厢体结构来减少风阻,提升货车的燃油效率和运输性能.针对传统货车车厢体在高速行驶时风阻较大的问题,本文提出了一种基于铝合金材料和弧形结构设计的新型货车车厢体.通过风洞实验和计算流体力学(CFD)模拟,验证了该设计在不同速度下的风阻系数降低效果.实验结果表明,使用新型车厢体可以显著降低风阻系数约22.5%,进而提升燃油效率 10%左右.此外,本文还对新型铝合金车厢体的结构稳定性、材料性能以及耐用性进行了分析,指出铝合金材料在轻量化、耐腐蚀性和使用寿命上的显著优势.研究结果为货车车厢体设计提供了新的方向,有助于提升货运车辆的整体性能.

Abstract

This study focuses on the design and optimization of the body of a new aluminum alloy truck,aiming to reduce wind resistance and improve the fuel efficiency and transportation performance of the truck by improving the body structure.In order to solve the problem of large wind resistance of the traditional truck body at high speed,this paper proposes a new type of truck body design based on aluminum alloy material and arc structure.Wind tunnel experiments and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations are used to verify the effect of reducing the drag coefficient of the design at different speeds.The experimental results show that the use of the new car block can significantly reduce the drag coefficient by about 22.5%,and then improve the fuel efficiency by about 10% .In addition,the structural stability,material properties and durability of the new aluminum alloy body are analyzed,and the significant advantages of aluminum alloy in terms of light weight,corrosion resistance and service life are pointed out.The research results provide a new direction for the design of the truck body,which is helpful to improve the overall performance of the freight vehicle.
