With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry,the requirements for the body welding production line are getting higher and higher.In order to improve the production efficiency and product quality,this paper conducts a transformation design and process simulation research based on PDPS for the body-in-white welding production line.By analyzing the problems existing in the existing production line,the transformation direction and goal of the production line are clarified.PDPS is a production line process simulation software mainly used in the manufacturing industry to improve production efficiency,reduce costs,and ensure process reliability and quality.The transformation design and process simulation research of body-in-white welding production line based on PDPS can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality,reduce production cost,and have good application prospects.
