Low fuel pressure is one of the common faults of BMW automobiles,and this fault exists in the usual maintenance process,so that many maintenance technicians judge the fault is inaccurate,resulting in rework.This paper will analyze the structure and circuit principle of BMW fuel system,combined with data flow analysis to develop such fault diagnosis process and maintenance methods.Through case analysis,the fault diagnosis process and maintenance method are verified,which provides certain guidance and reference value for the majority of automobile maintenance personne.
