Exploration and Practice of On-the-job Internship of Major in Higher Vocational Railway Traffic Operation Management from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education
The integration of industry and education is the booster of deepening the reform of the vocational education system and the engine of high-quality industrial development,and the integration of industry and education can solve the contradiction between talent training and talent demand.With the advancement of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,on-the-job internship courses are facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation and teaching strategies of on-the-job internship courses,and proposes the"four co-construction"on-the-job internship mechanisms,namely,the co-construction of shared internship training bases,the co-construction of enterprise teachers and school teacher management mechanisms,the co-construction of post work instructions,and the co-construction of teaching resources,and discusses the construction practices of on-the-job internship courses from the perspective of industry-education integration,which can provide reference and reference for the construction of on-the-job internship courses in relevant universities.
