As an important mode of transportation in modern cities,urban rail transit is facing management problems and challenges.It is imperative to reform the teaching of the course"Operation and Management of Urban Rail Transit".From the perspective of ideology and politics,the combination of ideological and political education and professional knowledge is helpful to improve students'quality and sense of social responsibility.The purpose of this paper is to discuss reform strategies,improve students'practical ability and comprehensive quality,and contribute to the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
