At present,the new energy automobile industry is developing rapidly,and the traditional talent training mode of the automobile industry cannot meet the development needs of the modern automobile industry.Relying on Geely Auto Industry College,Jiangxi Vocational College of Applied Technology has explored and practiced a diversified and multi-level school-enterprise collaborative education mode to promote school-enterprise cooperation in the development of curriculum system,teaching resource library,teaching materials,joint construction of training bases,training of double-qualified teachers and other cooperation content,so as to find out the"123"talent training model,and provide high-quality technical and skilled talents for the development of China's new energy automobile industry.
