The purpose of this paper is to clarify the training direction through concept innovation and target positioning.Curriculum system and teaching reform is to consolidate the theoretical foundation and strengthen practical ability.Teacher construction and teaching team is to improve the quality of education and innovation ability.School-enterprise cooperation and industry-university-research integration is to build a talent training platform and promote scientific and technological innovation and industrial development to explore the logical path of on-site engineer training in automotive vocational education.Through system construction,deepening reform,team optimization and innovative cooperation,the study provides an effective path for the training of on-site engineers in automotive vocational education,and promotes the construction of talent echelon in the automotive industry and the high-quality development of engineering education.
