With the rapid development of intelligent driving technology,the demand for intelligent cockpit configuration of new energy vehicles continues to grow,and the electric tuner column will meet consumers'desire for personalized and intelligent driving experience.The collapse mechanism of electrically regulated pipe string is a key component in preventing driver injury,and its collapse absorption capacity and strength have always been one of the most important problems in the development stage of pipe string.This paper analyzes the collapse force performance of electrically regulated column in the design stage of static collapse and the potential strength problems in the dynamic collapse experiment.The finite element simulation with ABAQUS software is carried out,and the relevant experiments are carried out to verify it,which has certain guiding significance for the subsequent collapse force performance and strength analysis of the electric regulating pipe string.
