As the speed of automobile replacement is getting faster and faster,the compression of development cycle puts forward higher requirements for the operation efficiency of enterprises,and the price war challenges the cost control ability of enterprises.According to statistics,the logistics cost of the whole supply chain accounts for 15%of the vehicle cost,so the efficient and accurate verification of logistics cost and try to reduce it has become an important task that cannot be ignored by all enterprises.Through investigation and analysis,this paper sets up the system model of rapid accounting of logistics cost.The error is verified in the acceptable range,and good results are obtained in practical application.
