In the latest"Regulations on the Practice Classification of Forensic Science of Physical Evidence"promulgated by the Ministry of Justice,the identification of traffic accident trace and physical evidence is included in the Trace Identification,which provides guarantee and support for the standardized and orderly development of the profession.The identification items include technical identification items such as vehicle safety technical status,identification of traffic accident traces,vehicle speed,and comprehensive identification of traffic accident traces based on the results of the above identification items.Comprehensive identification usually needs to combine multiple professional knowledge such as forensic medicine,trace evidence,and audio-visual data,which puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of the identifier.Especially in the identification of accidents with inconspicuous traces,forensic examination and analysis of the method of injury are particularly important.This article takes an actual accident as an example,expounds the role of injury mode inference in the identification of the evidence of the traffic accident,and briefly discusses the protection of the head injury of the e-bike riders.
