Research on Tampering Risk of Electric-Two-Wheeled Vehicles based on the Implementation of the"Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China"
As a widely used tool for short distance transportation,the electric-two-wheeled vehicles is also prone to traffic accidents with the increasing production,sales and usage.The tampering with the electric two wheeled vehicles is one of the fundamental causes of traffic accidents.This paper expounds the conditions of electric two wheeled vehicles that can be attributed to non-motor vehicles,classifies the current problem of electric two wheeled vehicles tampering,analyzes the riding safety and the risk of vehicle attribute change after electric two wheeled vehicles tampering,and puts forward suggestions for consumers in the process of purchasing and using electric two wheeled vehicles.
