With the continuous development of intelligent and automation technology,electronic information fusion technology has become the core support means for the efficient path planning of the automotive autonomous driving system.This paper focuses on the path planning of autonomous driving based on electronic information fusion,summarizes the basic principles of electronic information fusion technology and its importance in path planning,and expounds the theory of global and local path planning and its intelligent improvement methods.On this basis,the optimization design of path planning algorithms is discussed in depth,including information collection and processing,path smoothing processing,dynamic path adjustment,real-time optimization mechanism and cost function design,aiming to improve the robustness,adaptability and security of the system.The results show that path planning based on electronic information fusion has significant advantages in complex traffic environment,and can provide high-precision environment perception and dynamic path adjustment support for autonomous driving systems.
