The Exploration of the Practice Path of the"Three Educations"Reform of Automobile Maintenance Major in Vocational Colleges based on the Integration of Industry and Education and School-enterprise Cooperation
With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the continuous progress of new energy vehicle technology,the demand for high-skilled talents in the automobile maintenance industry is becoming more and more urgent.At present,there are still many problems in the"three educations"of automobile maintenance professional education in vocational colleges,and problems such as insufficient practical experience of teachers,lagging content of teaching materials,and single teaching methods are not uncommon,which seriously restricts the quality and efficiency of talent training.Therefore,the reform of"three educations"based on the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation has become the key to improving the level of automobile maintenance professional education in vocational colleges.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems and challenges of automobile maintenance education,combines the advantages of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and proposes specific reform measures,in order to improve the teaching quality of automobile maintenance and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents in line with market demand.
