With the reform and development of China's automobile industry,the new energy automobile industry has risen rapidly and is in the golden period of vigorous development,and the demand for high-quality professional and skilled talents in the new energy automobile industry is growing.In order to further solve the problem of disconnection between the theoretical knowledge of new energy vehicle technology students and the actual work of new energy vehicle enterprises,and to cope with the increasing diversification of the demand for talents of new energy vehicle enterprises,this paper takes a secondary vocational school in Nantong as an example,analyzes the current situation of integrated teaching of new energy vehicle technology and the current situation of new energy vehicle enterprises'demand for skilled talents,and puts forward the development direction of integrated teaching of new energy vehicle technology in secondary vocational schools by analyzing the current situation of integrated teaching of new energy vehicle technology and the demand for skilled talents of new energy vehicle enterprises.
