本文介绍了新能源汽车电驱动领域NVH现状,详细阐述了一种电驱动NVH主观评价的方法,为其他需要NVH主观评价标准的机构提供方向及参考;并通过具体案例及测试分析的方法阐述了PWM谐波产生高频啸叫的机理及消除方法,介绍了傅里叶变换FFT vs Time时频图谱在NVH分析的应用.
Abstract
This paper introduces the current situation of NVH in the field of electric drive of new energy vehicles,and elaborates on a method for subjective evaluation of NVH of electric drive,which provides direction and reference for other institutions that need NVH subjective evaluation standards.Through specific cases and test analysis methods,the mechanism and elimination method of high-frequency acoustic noise generated by PWM harmonics are expounded,and the application of Fourier transform FFT vs Time spectrum in NVH analysis is introduced.
