New energy vehicles are more equipped with electro-hydraulic braking systems, using decoupled brake pedals that rely on pedal sensation simulators to provide pedals during normal driving.A certain new energy vehicle model uses a One-box type electro-hydraulic braking system. In the development process of this model,a corresponding solution was proposed to address the problem of step sensation in the return stroke of the brake pedal, and relevant tests were conducted to verify that the solution can effectively improve the driver's pedal sensation.
