摘要

以某电动汽车电机控制器强迫风冷散热器为研究对象,引入模拟热源解决功率器件堵转工况测试过程中结温特性对实验的影响,开发了散热器散热性能测试系统,并测试了该工况下散热器进口风速对散热性能的影响.在此基础上,通过实验数据结果作为仿真模型的参数输入,分析了散热系统的全域温度场分布情况,为散热器的性能分析与优化设计提供依据.

Abstract

Taking the forced air-cooled radiator of an electric vehicle motor controller as the research object,the simulated heat source is introduced to solve the influence of junction temperature characteristics on the experiment during the stalled rotor test of power devices.Tthe heat dissipation performance test system of the radiator is developed,and the influence of the inlet wind speed of the radiator on the heat dissipation performance under this working condition is tested.On this basis,the experimental data results are used as the parameter input of the simulation model to analyze the global temperature field distribution of the heat sink system,which provides a basis for the performance analysis and optimization design of the heat sink.
