摘要

随着电动汽车快充技术的迅速发展,充电安全问题日益凸显,实时监控充电过程的车辆状态,进行车辆故障提前预警成为行业关注的焦点.本文基于多元状态估计算法,首先进行了车辆充电过程的工况划分和充电安全特征提取,然后针对不同工况分别搭建了多元状态估计算法的电池充电安全边界模型,最后采用标准差方法确定充电异常预警阈值,实现电动汽车充电过程的安全监控和异常预警.经过验证,上述方法的电动汽车预警准确度为93.75%,可用于不同品牌电动汽车充电过程的安全预警监控.

Abstract

With the rapid development of fast charging technology for electric vehicles,charging safety issues have become increasingly prominent.Real time monitoring of the vehicle status during the charging process and early warning of vehicle failures have become the focus of industry attention.This article is based on the multivariate state estimation technology.Firstly,the working conditions of the vehicle charging process are divided and the charging safety features are extracted.Then,the battery charging safety boundary models of the Multivariate State Estimation Technology are built for different working conditions.Finally,the standard deviation method is used to determine the charging anomaly warning threshold,realizing the safety monitoring and anomaly warning of the electric vehicle charging process.After verification,the accuracy of electric vehicle monitoring and warning using the above method is 91%,which can be used for safety warning and monitoring of charging processes for different brands of electric vehicles.
