With the continuous development of automotive electronics technology, the welding process plays a vital role in ensuring the performance and long-term stability of components. This article introduces the chemical principles involved in the soldering process, especially the composition of solder and its chemical reactions, such as the behavior of alloys such as tin, silver, and copper at high temperatures,as well as the influence of metal oxides that may be produced during the soldering process on the quality of solder joints. Then, how the process parameters such as welding temperature and atmosphere control affect the chemical reaction and welding effect are analyzed, and the importance of precise control of these parameters to improve the welding quality is emphasized. The application of chemical detection methods in quality control to ensure the reliability and performance of electronic components is also discussed.
