Drivers play a core role in the road traffic system,and driving behavior directly affects road traffic safety.An accurate and reliable driving behavior recognition method is of great significance for vehicle driving safety.This paper summarizes the research progress of driving behavior recognition methods based on vehicle motion information.Firstly,a closed-loop system of driving behavior is formed after considering the operating conditions of the vehicle,and the meaning of driving behavior is elaborated.Secondly,the vehicle motion information acquisition system and the identified driving behaviors are summarized from three aspects.Thirdly,considering the vehicle motion information,the data-driven method is taken as the starting point to illustrate the progress of the driving behavior recognition method.Finally,the future research directions of driving behavior technology are summarized.
