An Experimental Study on the Impact of Combustion Parameters on the Cold Engine Idle Stability of Light-duty Diesel Vehicles During Cold Conditions at High Altitudes
In order to improve the low temperature idling stability of diesel vehicles in the cold engine of plateau, based on INCA calibration software,an experimental study was carried out to select different main injection advance Angle,pre-injection oil amount,pre-injection interval, rail pressure and preheating voltage to control the combustion parameters on the idling stability of diesel vehicles on plateau chillers. The test results show that under the same hardware configuration, the optimal main injection advance Angle,pre-injection oil quantity,pre-injection interval, rail pressure and preheating voltage can improve the stability of idle speed.
