Analysis of the Innovative Mode and Mechanism of Collaborative Education of Mechanical and Electrical Majors based on the Integration of Industry and Education
With the continuous progress of science and technology,the gradual progress and development of mechanical and electrical professional education,the importance of teaching innovation has become increasingly prominent,and has received extensive attention from all walks of life.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the importance of the collaborative education model of mechanical and electrical majors and its problems existing under the integration of industry and education,and deeply explores the optimization and implementation strategy of the collaborative education model of mechanical and electrical majors based on the integration of industry and education,which specifically involves the construction of the training model of integration of industry and education,the creation of a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,the strengthening of the construction of the"double-teacher"teacher team,and the improvement of the teaching supervision and management system of collaborative education,hoping to better help the all-round development of students.
