In order to effectively solve the dilemma of unbalanced resource allocation and unbalanced supply and demand of new quality talents from the perspective of innovative development of industry,university and research,this paper analyzes the implementation path of new quality industry college from the perspective of innovative development of industry,university and research institute,and innovates the operation mode of new quality industry college.It has created an exemplary talent training entity integrating the functions of professional first-class high-level innovative talent training,professional co-construction,scientific research,and social service,forming a new ecology and a new model of the integration of production and education.
