The"new vehicle"industry's development,driven by the new quadruple transformation,has led to new changes in the connotation of the vehicle engineering discipline.However,the talent demands of the"new vehicle"industry have also prompted new changes in the knowledge structure system of vehicle engineering.This paper focuses on a series of issues in the talent cultivation for intelligent vehicles under the"new vehicle"industry transformation,such as the disconnection between the training mechanism and the development of the vehicle industry,the incompatibility of the knowledge system within the vehicle domain,and the inability of interdisciplinary integration to address critical bottleneck issues.By analyzing these issues and proposing solutions,this paper aims to provide a reference for the cultivation of compound talents in the intelligent vehicle industry.
