The exploration of methods for applying information technology in ideological and political education plays a crucial role in enhancing students'moral and ethical values.Taking the course"Traffic Safety Engineering"in the transportation and vehicle engineering majors at higher education institutions as an example,this study deconstructs the course content to determine micro-course themes and content.It explores elements of ideological and political education from the perspectives of socialist core values,sustainable societal development,and individual professional qualities,identifying points for integrating ideological and political education.Subsequently,it integrates ideological and political education with micro-course content through design.Finally,a multi-dimensional evaluation approach encompassing"course assessment,""student learning assessment,"and"teaching assessment"is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the application effect of micro-courses in ideological and political education teaching.
