摘要

汽车行业数字化转型对汽车营销人才提出全新的职业能力要求,文章深入分析了新时代背景下汽车营销人才需求特点,剖析了课程评价改革的内涵与要求,在此基础上,以汽车营销方向核心课程《广汽本田汽车销售技术》为例,基于新能源汽车营销职业领域工作新模式下对人才能力的新要求,探索课程评价改革方法,提出校企共建课程,注重信息素养提升、设计差异化评价标准等改革策略,促进教师教学质量和学生培养效果的提升,为推动高职院校专业课程改革提供一种新思路.

Abstract

The digital transformation of the automotive industry puts forward new professional ability requirements for automotive marketing talents.This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the demand for automotive marketing talents in the new era,and analyzes the connotation and requirements of the course evaluation reform.on this basis,this paper takes the core course of automobile marketing"Guangqi Honda Automobile Sales Technology"as an example,based on the new requirements for talent ability under the new mode of work in the field of new energy vehicle marketing career,explores the reform method of course evaluation,proposes school-enterprise co-construction courses,and pays attention to the improvement of information literacy.Reform strategies such as differentiated evaluation standards are designed to promote the improvement of teachers'teaching quality and student training effect,and provide a new idea for promoting the reform of professional courses in higher vocational colleges.
