Currently,Chinese manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the field of machinery is constantly increasing.In order to meet the needs of talent cultivation with the development of the times,analyzing the value and significance of integrating ideological and political elements based on the characteristics and current situation of mechanical training courses in vocational colleges,the study proposes effective measures for the mutual coordination between ideological and political education and professional courses,to achieve all-round moral education and talent cultivation,and improve the quality of high-quality technical and skilled talent cultivation in the new era.
