Combined with the actual needs in production,this paper uses Dynaform software to numerically simulate and analyze the stamping and forming process of an automobile cross beam.According to the quality evaluation index of the formed parts,the influence of the changes of the crimping force,stamping speed,friction coefficient and drawbead parameters on the quality of the stamping parts is analyzed.In the analysis process,many parameters affect the results and verify the development cycle.The use of MDO multidisciplinary design optimization technology to solve the quality problems encountered in the stamping and forming process,to provide design solutions for the process design and mold design of stamping parts,can effectively shorten the purpose of mold design and production debugging cycle.
