When using a stamping device,it usually requires a robotic arm or manual removal of the workpiece.However,the robotic arm may experience slow response,malfunctions,and other problems during the removal process,and the workpiece may be damaged by the downward movement of the punch.Manual material removal not only seriously reduces production efficiency,but also can easily cause safety accidents if operated improperly.Therefore,further improvement is needed to design a device that does not require additional power and can complete automatic material receiving by relying on the opening and closing action of the press.In response to the above issues,an automatic collection device for motor magnetic pole stamping inverted composite die products is provided,which can automatically catch workpieces falling from the upper die when the composite die moves,reducing the workload of workers and improving stamping efficiency.
