摘要

文章以创新性钯钌催化器在某乘用车上的搭载应用为研究对象,对该催化器的方案及ECU软件进行研究分析与优化,使其满足销售地区法规要求;在达成减少气体污染物排放的前提下,不仅打破汽车三元催化器对铑元素使用的依赖,避免进口原材料卡脖子的状况发生,而且有效降低三元催化器的成本.

Abstract

In this paper,the application of an innovative palladium-ruthenium catalytic converter in a passenger car is taken as the research object,and the catalytic converter scheme and ECU software are studied,analyzed and optimized to meet the regulatory requirements of the sales region.Under the premise of reducing the emission of gas pollutants,it not only breaks the dependence of the three-way catalytic converter on the use of rhodium,avoids the bottleneck of imported raw materials,but also effectively reduces the cost of the three-way catalytic converter.
