摘要

柴油机是当前工业及经济发展中不可或缺的动力机械,同时也是NOX排放的主要贡献者.要助力经济高质量发展,内燃机行业新质生产力加速形成,使柴油机更高效绿色,提升SCR转化效率,减少NOX排放是关键.文章利用台架及大气模拟装置,在 80kPa、90kPa、100kPa大气压力下进行试验,研究不同海拔下NO与NO2 排放特性,以及NO2 与NOX的比值对SCR转化效率的影响.研究结果表明:随着转速的升高,NO及NO2 排放均下降,海拔越高二者排放越少.NO与NO2 排放呈此消彼长的关系,当NO2 与NOX的比值增大时,SCR转化效率逐步提高,但当比值大于 50%时,SCR转化效率会有明显下降.

Abstract

Diesel engines are indispensable power machinery in current industrial and economic development,and also a major contributor to NOX emissions.Assisting high-quality economic development,accelerating the formation of new productive forces in the internal combustion engine industry,making diesel engines more efficient and greener,improving SCR conversion efficiency,and reducing NOX emissions are key factors.The article uses a test bench and atmospheric simulation equipment to conduct experiments under atmospheric pressures of 80kPa,90kPa,and 100kPa,to study the emission characteristics of NO and NO2 at different altitudes,as well as the influence of the ratio of NO2 to NOX on SCR conversion efficiency.The research results indicate that as the rotational speed increases,the emissions of NO and NO2 both decreases,and the higher the altitude,the fewer the emissions of both.There is a trade-offbetween NO and NO2 emissions.As the ratio of NO2 to NOX increases,the SCR conversion efficiency gradually improves.However,when the ratio exceeds 50%,the SCR conversion efficiency will significantly decrease.
