摘要

热泵空调可明显改善电动汽车冬季制热工况下的能耗,提升整车续航里程.但由于其系统架构相对复杂,应用的零部件数量较多,较高昂的成本成为热泵技术广泛推广应用的制约因素.文章设计了一套结构相对简化,同时可满足整车冬季采暖需求的热泵系统.通过系统台架的搭建及测试,进行了该系统的充注量试验,分析了其在-7℃工况下的制热性能;并将该系统安装到整车上进行风洞测试,研究其冬季工况的制热特性,充分验证了该热泵空调系统在实际工程应用中的可行性.

Abstract

Heat pump air conditioning can significantly improve the energy consumption of electric vehicles under winter heating conditions and increase the mileage of the whole vehicle.However,due to the relatively complex system architecture and the large number of components applied,the high cost has become a limiting factor for the widespread application of heat pump technology.In this paper,a set of heat pump system with relatively simple structure is designed to meet the heating needs of the whole vehicle in winter.Through the construction and testing of the system bench,the charging test of the system was carried out,and its heating performance under-7℃working condition was analyzed.The system was installed on the whole vehicle for wind tunnel testing,and the heating characteristics of the heat pump air conditioning system under winter conditions were studied,which fully verified the feasibility of the heat pump air conditioning system in practical engineering applications.
