With the advancement of automobile lightweight,aluminum instead of steel is more widely used in automobiles,and extruded aluminum alloy automotive structural parts such as front and rear anti-collision beams,sill beams,battery pallets,subframe etc.have already been used on a large scale.The extruded aluminum alloy enterprises have not been in the automotive industry for a longtime,and the project development management of the automotive industry is also moving forward in exploration.How to closely integrate the requirements of APQP with the process of the enterprise in the rapid project development?This paper studies the application of advanced product quality planning in the extruded aluminum alloy enterprise.It has reference value for the development of extruded aluminum alloy enterprises automobile projects.
