With the rapid advancement of new energy vehicle technology,autonomous driving of smart vehicles has emerged as a cutting-edge trend in the automotive industry.However,the current road environment is witnessing a surge in vehicle numbers,with traditional and smart vehicles coexisting and drivers possessing varying levels of skill.This has led to increasingly complex and volatile road traffic conditions and a significant rise in safety hazards.Against this backdrop,achieving full autonomous driving for smart vehicles within the existing road system poses significant challenges.To cultivate a suitable environment for autonomous driving of smart vehicles,ensuring a smooth transition from manned to fully autonomous driving,and accelerating the construction of dedicated lanes for autonomous driving becomes particularly crucial.Currently,governments have embarked on constructing dedicated lanes for smart vehicle intelligent connectivity in some cities and highway areas,accompanied by the issuance of intelligent trial operation permits.The focus of current research lies in how to systematically ensure the operational safety of dedicated lanes for smart vehicles and achieve seamless integration and transition with ordinary lanes.
