摘要
文章针对汽车产品出口欧盟所需应对的回收及禁限用物质法规(ELV,REACH,电池法,POPs,包装材料,CLP,WFD,RRR等)进行梳理,探讨欧盟市场相关的法规要求,以及应对策略,规避汽车产品出口欧盟市场不合规风险.
Abstract
In this paper,the recycling and prohibited substances regulations(ELV,REACH,battery law,POPs,packaging materials,CLP,WFD,RRR,etc.)needed to deal with when automotive products are exported to the EU are sorted out,and the relevant regulatory requirements in the EU market are discussed,as well as the countermeasures to avoid the non-compliance risks of automotive products exported to the EU market.
