科研反哺教学在车辆工程人才培养中的探索

随着新能源与节能汽车产业发展规划的发布以及汽车新四化的提出,社会对高校车辆工程专业提出了培养应用创新型人才的新要求.对车辆工程专业学生利用所承担的纵横向项目进行科研反哺教学的探索.从课堂教学、课程实验、创新创业项目、科创竞赛、专业实习、课程设计和毕业设计环节入手,开展科研反哺教学在车辆工程专业的实践验证.教学实践表明,科研反哺教学能切实提升车辆工程专业学生的实践创新能力和综合素养,为改革工科类专业人才培养模式提供了现实依据.
Exploration of Scientific Research and Teaching in the Cultivation of Vehicle Engineering Talents
With the release of the development plan of the new energy and energy-saving automobile industry and the proposal of the new four modernizations of automobiles,the society has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents in vehicle engineering in colleges and universities.This paper explores the use of vertical and horizontal projects undertaken by vehicle engineering students to carry out scientific research and feedback teaching.Starting from classroom teaching,curriculum experiments,innovation and entrepreneurship projects,science and technology innovation competitions,professional internships,curriculum design and graduation projects,the practical verification of scientific research and teaching in vehicle engineering is carried out.The teaching practice shows that scientific research and feedback teaching can effectively improve the practical innovation ability and comprehensive literacy of vehicle engineering students,and provides a realistic basis for reforming the training mode of engineering professionals.
