摘要
随着澜湄区域教育合作的不断深化,区域内铁路互联的不断深入,轨道交通类人才的"中文+职业技能"培养模式成为推动区域企业发展、教育合作的重要途径.文章在分析澜湄区域教育合作现状的基础上,以我院工作实际,探讨了轨道交通类人才"中文+职业技能"培养过程中取得的成效及存在的问题,旨在为澜湄区域轨道交通领域的人才培养提供理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
With the deepening of education cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong region and the deepening of railway interconnection in the region,the"Chinese+vocational skills"training model of rail transit talents has become an important way to promote regional enterprise development and education cooperation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of education cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong region,this paper discusses the achievements and existing problems in the process of"Chinese+vocational skills"training of rail transit talents based on the actual work of our institute,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the talent training in the field of rail transit in the Lancang-Mekong region.
