关注高职学生未来发展的教学改革研究——以汽车专业为例

关注职业院校毕业生未来发展问题,面对汽车产业变革,未来汽车技能人才必须进行自主学习,不断学习新技术才能适应汽车产业技术的升级改造现状.文章提出了一种"留白"的教学方法,通过不断反复锻炼学生的自主学习能力,以达到培养学习型技能人才的目标.结合本校具体情况,设计了"留白"教学方法的教案,在教学实施过程中融入了具体的自学任务要求,在教学实施过程中同时实现了两个教学目标,学生既掌握了专业技能,又提高了自学能力.提出了职业院校在教学实施过程中,更应该关注毕业生未来的发展前景,从而从教学方案、教学内容、教学设备、教学过程等方面进行改革,培养具有职业发展能力的学生,为中国成为制造强国而培养创新型适用型人才.
Research on Teaching Reform Focusing on the Future Development of Higher Vocational Students——Taking the Automotive Profession as an Example
Focusing on the future development of vocational college graduates,in the face of the transformation of the automobile industry,future automotive skilled talents must carry out independent learning and continue to learn new technologies in order to adapt to the upgrading and transformation of automobile industry technology.This paper proposes a teaching method of"blank space",which aims to achieve the goal of cultivating learning-oriented skilled talents by continuously and repeatedly exercising students'independent learning ability.Combined with the specific situation of the school,the teaching plan of the"blank"teaching method was designed,and the specific self-learning task requirements were integrated into the teaching implementation process,and the two teaching objectives were achieved at the same time in the teaching implementation process,so that the students not only mastered the professional skills,but also improved their self-learning ability.It is proposed that vocational colleges should pay more attention to the future development prospects of graduates in the process of teaching implementation,so as to carry out reforms in terms of teaching programs,teaching contents,teaching equipment,teaching processes,etc,cultivate students with career development capabilities,and cultivate innovative and applicable talents for China to become a manufacturing power.
