Exploration of the Training Path of Forestry Mechanization Talents under the Background of the"Theory of Two Mountains"
This study aims to explore how to effectively cultivate mechanized talents that meet the needs of modern forestry development under the guidance of the"Two Mountains Theory".By analyzing the current situation and problems of forestry mechanization talent cultivation,combined with the basic principles and core content of the"Two Mountains Theory",this study constructs a systematic forestry mechanization talent cultivation model.This model includes optimization of the curriculum system,innovation in practical teaching,improvement of the school enterprise cooperation mechanism,and construction of the teaching staff.The research results indicate that innovative education systems and training models can significantly improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality of forestry mechanization talents,which is of great significance for promoting sustainable development of forestry.At the same time,this study also provides new perspectives and practical paths for forestry education reform and talent cultivation.
