随着新能源汽车产业的蓬勃发展,采用的电机、电池等核心部件已进入 800V平台,而电驱系统作为核心部件正面临新的挑战,三电合一驱动总成系列因其高功率高效高安全性,所以电机内部的绝缘材料性能将尤为重要,此时新能源油液的性能和要求将逐渐提高,需要同时具备润滑功能、散热功能以及绝缘功能.新能源油液在工作过程中,与电机内的绝缘材料直接接触,考虑到两者之间可能发生的物理反应及化学反应,需要用新能源油液与绝缘材料的兼容性指标来对其进行评估.
Research on Insulating Materials and Testing Methods
With the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry,the core components such as motors and batteries have entered the 800V platform,and the electric drive system as the core component is facing new challenges.Because of its high power,high efficiency and high safety,the performance of the insulating material inside the motor will be particularly important,and the performance and requirements of the new energy oil will gradually improve,and it needs to have lubrication function,heat dissipation function and insulation function at the same time.In the process of working,the new energy oil is in direct contact with the insulating material in the motor,and considering the physical and chemical reactions that may occur between the two,it is necessary to evaluate it with the compatibility index of the new energy oil and the insulating material.
