Research on Energy Consumption Analysis of Electric Commercial Vehicles based on Whole Vehicle Energy Flow Test
The commercial vehicle,as a major source of carbon emissions in the current automotive industry, plays an important role in reducing carbon emissions through electrification.Due to the low energy density of batteries, research on energy conservation for pure electric commercial vehicles has become a hotspot. This article takes pure electric commercial vehicles as the research object.By carrying out coasting test, installing energy flow test sensors, signal integrating and debugging, and chassis dynamometer test,it has achieved testing of the overall energy flow in the state of cooperation between high voltage systems, low voltage systems, and thermal management systems.Through the analysis of the actual performance of each system/key parts under the vehicle state, combined with the working state of the system components, the optimization direction of the test vehicle is proposed to provide support for energy reduction measures.
