针对总装吊点支架的轻量化问题,提出了基于刚度协调的总装吊点支架轻量化设计方法.在满足冲压成型工艺的前提下,提高总装吊点支架的材料牌号以提高结构优化的可操作性,在此基础上,采用刚度协调策略对总装吊点支架进行优化以平衡总装吊点支架和侧围外板的刚度.优化结果表明,在满足强度要求的前提下,总装吊点支架重量降低了 41g,减重率达26.1%,轻量化效果显著,验证了所提的基于刚度协调的总装吊点支架轻量化设计方法的有效性,为汽车零部件的轻量化设计提供一种可借鉴的方法.
Lightweight Design for Final Assembly of Lifting Point Bracket based on Stiffness Coordination
Aiming at the lightweight problem for hanging point bracket,a lightweight design method of the hanging point bracket based on stiffness coordination was proposed.On the premise of satisfying the stamping process,the material grade of the hanging point bracket was improved to improve the operability of structural optimization.On this basis,the stiffness coordination strategy was adopted to optimize the hanging point bracket to balance the stiffness of the hanging point bracket and the side outer plate.The optimization results show that under the premise of meeting the strength requirement,the weight of the hanging point bracket is reduced by 41g,the weight reduction rate is 26.1%,and the lightweight effect is significant,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed lightweight design method based on stiffness coordination,and provides a reference method for the lightweight design of automotive parts.
