基于电机状态前馈控制的防溜坡系统方案研究

随着新能源汽车日益普及,人们对其安全技术问题和驾驶舒适度的要求越来越高,其中防溜坡功能是一个重点关注项目,中高端汽车往往依靠成本较高的ESP与EPB通过控制制动卡钳来实现防溜坡功能,低端汽车则受制于硬件限制,不具备该功能.文章针对新能源汽车防溜坡功能,提出一种无需额外坡度传感器、EPB等硬件配置的防溜坡系统方案,提高车辆坡道起步安全性.
Research on the Anti-slip System Scheme for Electric Vehicles based on Motor State Feedforward Control
With the increasing popularity of new energy vehicles,people's requirements for their safety technology and driving comfort are becoming higher and higher.Among them,the anti-slip function is a key focus project.High end cars often rely on expensive ESP and EPB to achieve anti slip function by controlling the brake caliper,while low-end cars are limited by hardware and do not have this function.This article proposes a slope prevention system solution for new energy vehicles that does not require additional slope sensors,EPB,and other hardware configurations,in order to improve the safety of vehicle starting on slope.
