摘要
汽车制造行业为交通运行与居民日常出行提供了保障,为保证汽车运行的安全性与稳定性,需从根本上入手,对汽车制造全过程进行控制与管理.现阶段,我国科学技术的不断发展与进步,汽车制造行业朝着现代化、网络化与电气化的方向发展,传统控制方法无法满足汽车制造行业的需求,不仅无法保证产量,同时也无法保证产品质量,此时可设计电气控制系统.文章基于此,从电气控制系统应用优势出发,讨论电气控制系统的设计与具体应用,实现汽车制造控制的目的,提升产品质量与生产效率,保证汽车制造企业的经济效益.
Abstract
The automobile manufacturing industry provides a guarantee for traffic operation and residents'daily travel.In order to ensure the safety and stability of automobile operation,it is necessary to control and manage the whole process of automobile manufacturing from the ground up.At this stage,the continuous development and progress of science and technology in China,and the automobile manufacturing industry are developing in the direction of modernization,networking and electrification,and the traditional control methods cannot meet the needs of the automobile manufacturing industry,which not only cannot guarantee the output,but also cannot ensure the quality of the product.Based on this,this paper discusses the design and specific application of electrical control system from the perspective of the application advantages of electrical control system,so as to realize the purpose of automobile manufacturing control,improve product quality and production efficiency,and ensure the economic benefits of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
