摘要

文章通过对比分析现有一体压铸铝后地板加强筋方案,创新优化设计出新的加强筋方案,在减轻重量、降低成本,缩小纵梁高度以给整车布置获得更大空间的同时,提高的车身后部碰撞性能,给后续设计人员提供了参考思路.

Abstract

Through comparative analysis of the existing die-cast aluminum rear floor reinforcement scheme,this paper innovated and optimized the design of a new reinforcement scheme,which not only reduces the weight and reduces the height of the longitudinal beam to obtain more space for the vehicle layout,but also improves the rear impact performance of the body,providing a reference for the subsequent designers.
