摘要
物流仿真技术是当前对电池模组生产线进行生产工艺规划、瓶颈分析的常用手段.首先,基于Plant Simulation仿真工具,对某一品牌汽车电池模组生产线搭建物流系统仿真模型.其次,根据仿真结果对生产线的设备开通率、生产线的瓶颈及生产线的设备利用率和产线容量进行分析,对工艺设计提供理论依据.
Abstract
Logistics simulation technology is a commonly used method for production process planning and bottleneck analysis of battery module production lines.Based on the Plant Simulation tool,a logistics system simulation model is firstly built for a certain brand of automotive battery module production line.Secondly,the equipment opening rate,bottleneck,equipment utilization rate,and production line capacity of the production line are analyzed to provide theoretical basis for process design based on the simulation results.
