Research on Torque Attenuation of Fixing Bolt and Nut of Clutch Pressure Plate for Commercial Vehicles
The torque attenuation of the clutch pressure plate fixing bolts can lead to clutch failure,affecting vehicle starting and gear shifting.The annual after-sales compensation in the industry amounts to tens of millions.To eliminate this problem,reduce after-sales compensation in the industry and save social resources.The team first determined through non-code analysis that the main reason for the torque attenuation of the clutch pressure plate bolts was the lack of reliable radial limiting.Based on the non-code analysis,the team designed a conical positioning bolt.Through comparative experiments,the vehicles using the conical positioning bolts did not show the torque attenuation phenomenon of the clutch pressure plate bolts after the experiments.It was proved that this method can effectively improve the reliability of the clutch pressure plate connection.
