Research on Noise Optimization Technology for Abnormal Operation of New Energy Food Waste Trucks
With the acceleration of urbanization,the efficiency and environmental protection of food waste treatment have become an important issue in urban management.New energy food waste trucks have attracted attention because of their environmental protection characteristics.But the noise problem generated during operation needs to be solved urgently.This study deeply analyzes the abnormal noise generated by new energy food waste trucks during operation.By systematically identifying and analyzing the key parts such as the compression mechanism,hydraulic system,motor,car body structure and pneumatic system,it is clear that the main sources of noise are mechanical motion,hydraulic pulsation,electromagnetic effect,structural resonance and gas leakage.Based on this,a series of optimization measures are proposed,including the optimization design of mechanical structure,shock absorption and sound insulation,motor noise control,body structure improvement,and pneumatic system sealing improvement and sound reduction design,aiming to reduce noise generation at the source,effectively control its propagation,and improve the environmental performance and operation efficiency of the vehicle.
