汽车背门系统的可关闭性能、可解锁性能、可弹起性能与耐振动异响性能是背门系统各零部件力学性能集成的结果,每个零件的力学参数都有一个合理的设计区间,单纯地增大或减小都可能导致某方面的性能出现问题.通过对各项性能进行建模计算,并考虑公差与环境因素的影响,得到了各零部件力学参数的设计区间,精确地指导背门系统各零部件的力学参数设计,有效解决了背门开闭过程中的功能失效问题.
Integrated Design and Calculation of Opening and Closing Performance of Tailgate System
The opening performance,unlocking performance,bouncing performance and vibration-resistance performance of tailgate system are the results of the mechanical performance integration of the tailgate system.The mechanical parameters of every part have a reasonable design interval.Simply increasing or decreasing may lead to some performance problems.After calculating the performance target from the aspect of system integration,and considering the influence of tolerance and environmental factors,the design interval of the mechanical parameters of every component was obtained,which can accurately guide the design of the mechanical parameters of the parts of the tailgate system,and effectively solve the problem of the function realization of the opening and closing of the tailgate.
