车辆的制动点头性能直接影响驾乘舒适性.目前,对制动点头性能的评价尚缺乏成熟的客观指标,工程开发中主要依赖主观评价.然而,主观评价容易受到个人风格偏好和水平差异的影响,且在没有实车样车的开发初期,主观评价无法进行.因此,迫切需要一种客观评价指标,以准确反映车辆的制动点头性能,且与主观感受具有良好的相关性,同时适用于客观测试和模拟仿真.文章通过要求定义、方案开发、方案评估和方案验证,开发了一种制动点头性能客观指标.研究结果表明,该指标能够准确表征车辆的制动点头性能,与主观评价具有很好的相关性.
Research of Development of Objective Metrics of Vehicle Brake Dive Performance
The braking dive performance of a vehicle directly affects ride comfort.Currently,there is a lack of mature objective metrics for evaluating braking dive performance,and subjective evaluation is mainly relied upon in engineering development.However,subjective evaluations are easily influenced by personal preferences and skill differences,and cannot be conducted in the early stages of development when no real vehicle prototypes are available.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an objective evaluation metrics that accurately reflects the vehicle's braking dive performance and correlates well with subjective perception,while being applicable to both objective testing and simulation.This paper develops an objective metrics for braking dive performance through the process of requirement definition,solution development,evaluation,and verification.The research results show that this metrics can accurately characterize the vehicle's braking dive performance and has a strong correlation with subjective evaluations.
